You can have peace of mind knowing that from the moment they arrive at our studio until your memorial is safely delivered, they receive the same care, dignity, and respect that we extend to our own pets. Simple four step process

We appreciate bereavement is a difficult time and strive to keep our process as simple as possible:

Step 1 - Choose their memorial

Select the urn or bud vase, along with the colour glaze which resonates with you.

Each design is handcrafted in our Devon studio and created as a unique tribute to the life and love you shared.

Step 2 - Send their ashes

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a small container in which to place some of the cremation ashes, know as the cremains, and ask you to send them to us in the return envelope provided.

We only require a small quantity of your pet's ashes to create your memorial. Any unused ashes are kept safe and returned to you along with your finished piece.

Step 3 - Handcrafted for you

Your companion's ashes are lovingly integrated into each piece, ensuring they remain a part of your treasured memory.

Every memorial is handcrafted, one at a time, and the unique glaze firing process guarantees that no two pieces are alike—just like every companion we hold dear. Plus, we will emboss their name into the bottom of the piece, making it a truly personal tribute.

Step 4 - A lasting tribute returns home

Once complete, your memorial is carefully packaged and returned to you, ready to become part of your home and a gentle reminder of the love, loyalty, and memories you'll always carry with you.

What happens to any unused cremation ashes?

Any ashes not used in the creation of your memorial piece are respectfully returned to you along with your piece, carefully packaged for safe delivery.
